	Isso  necessrio porque o MUGEN no consegue ler essas instrues duas vezes.

	IF your character uses the [Statedef -3], copy the commands of the TAGBATTLE4.CNS between the lines:

	And paste it after the "[Statedef -3]"  of the CNS file of your character.
	That is necessary because MUGEN doesn't get to read those instructions twice. 
	If your character doesn't uses [Statedef -3], it doesn't need to modify anything.
